The Standards of Practice are written to facilitate the delivery of quality services, and at the same time, to assure accountability and responsibility on the part of all professionals involved with the delivery of home inspections. I am committed to adhere to these Standards.

Care

Clients are always surprised that I bring two pairs of shoes on rainy days to keep the wet shoes off of the hardwood floors or carpet. I have tarps on hand just in case, and I bring snow shovels along on snowy days in order to be able to inspect decks or patio's that are snow covered. I keep cleaning supplies on hand to determine if some stains will actually come out with cleaning or if damage is more permanent.
